Cyco Soldier [Holiday 2010] This was our second G.I. Joe flip and was illustrated by Daniel Dussault. Destro has always been one of our favorite Cobra villains and transforming Cyco Simon into Cobra’s chief arms dealer was a total no-brainer. The design itself is based on the original 5” action figure packaging. I love the attention to detail in crafting a realistic G.I. Joe blister pack card. I especially like the Cyco Simon skull knee guards and the little Kill With Power Hasbro logo flip at the bottom left.
